A 90-minute initial consultation with me to assess your needs and concerns. We will complete intake, develop an action plan and herbal formulation. Follow Up sessions are an additional cost to which I encourage clients to commit to four sessions!.
We will work together to get to the roots of dis-ease and dysfunction walking back into health and wholeness.
We approach our work holistically addressing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellness and healing.
