Relief Rub

Ingredients: wildcrafted comfrey, st. john’s wort, and cottonwood buds infused in avocado oil, organic cayenne infused in avocado oil, mentholated crystals, local beeswax, and LOVE!

Achy muscles? Stiff joints? Tired back? Stubborn cramps or neck and shoulder tension? This powerful and potent blend of plant allies will alleviate any pain. Cayenne helps to stop pain at the cellular level sending signals to the synapses to stop pain response. St. John’s Wort is helpful for nerve injury or nerve pain such as sciatica, shooting or sharp pain, spasms. Cottonwood bud is one of the BEST topical pain relievers I have ever seen. It has the ability to decrease inflammation and relieve chronic pain!

Best to use in addition with stretching, yoga, massage and other body work practices to promote health and wholeness.
