Salt of the Earth Soak
Ingredients: epsom salt, dead sea salt, pink Himalayan salt, a variety of organic herbs, and LOVE!
Taking a bath every day probably isn't in the cards for most people, but there's no denying the decadence in trading a quick shower for a long, relaxing soak. And for those rare occasions when the latter is an option, adding our Salt of the Earth is the best way to take your bath from basic to blissful! Bath salts have long been used for both their physical and mental benefits. Soaking in salts can relieve stress, ease achy muscles, reduce inflammation, provide nutrients and minerals, and some much needed self-care! The combination of salts and herbal botanicals make this soak sure to please! Epsom salt helps to draw lactic acid out of the body and muscles. Dead Sea salt helps to repair and protect dry, itchy or irritated skin, and Himalayan pink salt helps to detoxify body and nourish skin with its amazing 84 essential minerals! With a splash of apple cider vinegar, this soak can also be used as a foot soak for tired, aching feet with similar benefits.
TO USE: Salts will dissolve naturally in bath water and be absorbed by the skin. Fresh plant material however will be left behind after your soak. For this reason, I recommend using a bath drain to catch plant material, or muslin cloth bag included with purchase to put soak into and use as a type of teabag for your bathtub! You can then compost plant material or offer it back to the Earth. This jar will offer 2-3 soaks. Reuse empty jar in your home when its all gone!
